Player Dismissal Returns

The procedure for reporting player dismissals is as follows:

  1. On the game sheet – write down the player(s) number/team and approximate time of dismissal.
  2. Record the player names as written on the game sheet (i.e. take a photo, or write down in a notepad)
  3. If any clubs wish to have a copy of the report, inform they need to contact BRLRA Operations via their club management (once submitted, a copy can be made if required)
  4. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PAPERWORK TO THE CLUB – only the game sheet is to be signed
  5. Call or SMS the BRLRA Operations (if there is no response within a few hours – try again)
  6. Complete the form on this page – preferably in the home environment and submit.  It will would best to write a lengthy report in a word processor or similar software and then cut and paste into the report section.
  7. Operations will review and contact you of any changes and will return a full copy back to you via email.
  8. DEADLINES: Friday and Saturday games – 9pm Saturday; Sunday games – 9pm Sunday

Note: Rugby League Brisbane has specifically requested that when you fill out detailed report that that in order to determination of the Grading of the Penalty for all instances of:

15.1 (b) High Tackle - descriptive adjective such as Intentional, Reckless or Careless must be used.
15.1 (d) Dangerous Throw - the tackle must be described in relative terms of player safety i.e. hold in crotch, driven headfirst into ground etc.
15.1 (f) Offensive or Obscene Language - the actual words allegedly spoken to be written in full.
